Report a wrong figure

Corrections matter most. Send the page address, the figure you believe is wrong and the official or provider page showing the right one. Once an error is confirmed, the page is fixed and its check date moves to the day of the fix, so readers can see the figure was revisited. The editorial policy explains the process.

Suggest a guide

If there is a health cost you cannot find a clear answer for, say what you searched for and what you wanted to know. A guide gets written when the answer carries a figure you can act on, such as a charge, a saving in pounds or a form with a deadline.

How to reach us

Dose Club does not run a public inbox or a contact form on this site, and no personal email address is published here. A monitored contact address, when one is published, appears in the footer of every page and on this page.

What not to send

Do not send medical records, prescriptions, photographs of medicines or any personal health information. The site has no secure channel for health data. It needs none to correct a price. Questions about your treatment, your dose or whether a medicine suits you belong with your prescriber or pharmacist. For urgent health concerns in the UK use NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.

Media and reuse

Journalists and researchers may quote any figure on the site with the page link and the check date. Whole tables and the price dataset are not licensed for copying. The terms page sets out what is allowed.

Questions people ask

What should I include when reporting a wrong price?

The address of the page, the figure you think is wrong and a link to the page where the correct figure is published. For a pharmacy price, the pharmacy name and the date you saw the price help the check go faster.

Can you tell me which medicine or dose is right for me?

No. The Dose Club does not give medical advice and does not sell, prescribe or dispense medicines. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist. For urgent health questions in the UK call NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.

Can a pharmacy or clinic ask to be listed?

A pharmacy appears in a price table when it is on the GPhC register and has a live price in the index. There is no paid listing and no way to buy a position. A clinic can point out a published price page it thinks a guide should cite.

Do you reply to every message?

Reports of wrong figures are checked and the page is corrected where the report is right. The site cannot promise a reply to every message, and it does not reply to requests for medical advice.
